Remove factory flares, mark liners where the extend past the body, remove liners and cut carefully so they don't extend beyond the body but also don't recess behind it. Then just remount them.

The Smittybilt bumper gave more clearance for the winch, the knockoff actually touched the corner of the winch in the front when mounted and overtime would eventually rub the finish off the winch.
